PWM CONTROLLER

The SA3525 is a monolithic integrated PWM control chip with excellent performance, complete function and versatility, it is simple, reliable, and easy to use, its push-pull output increases the drive capacity; It contains under-voltage lockout circuit, soft startup control circuit, and PWM latch, has overcurrent protection, features adjustable frequency and limitable maximum duty cycle.

Main feature

  • Wide operating voltage range: 8-35V

  • Built-in 5.1 V±1.0% reference voltage source

  • Operating frequency range of internal oscillator: 100Hz-400kHz

  • External synchronization of oscillator

  • Adjustable dead time

  • Push-pull end stage with maximum current of 400mA

  • Internal undervoltage lockout circuit

  • Internal soft startup circuit

  • Internal PWM (pulse width modulation)
